We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the desired product.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item is safely delivered.
